7-Day Exchange & Return Policy

 

At GAROOR, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a No Questions Asked Exchange Policy, applicable to sale items as well. Terms & Conditions apply.


Important Notice: Our standard 7-day exchange policy is clearly stated on our website. However, due to the high order volume and operational limitations during the Eid period, all returns and exchanges are temporarily suspended and will be processed after Eid. This measure ensures that all items remain unused, unworn, and in their original condition, as outfits worn for Eid cannot be considered eligible for exchange or return. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

You may apply for an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

The parcel must be dispatched from your end within these 7 days.

Exchange Guidelines

  • The product must be packed in its original packaging, with all tags intact.

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition as received.

  • Kindly print and fill out the exchange form.

  • The parcel must be shipped or delivered to our office/warehouse address, along with the filled form, within 7 days of order receipt.

Exchange Process

Once the product is received and approved by our inspection team, your exchange will be dispatched from our end.

(Subject to size and product availability)

Important Terms & Conditions

  • GAROOR does not offer refunds.

  • Refunds are not applicable on any items, including sale items.

    • If the new item costs more, the difference will be charged as Cash on Delivery (COD).

    • If the new item costs less, store credit will be issued for future use.

      In case of a price difference during exchange:

       

  • A PKR 200 delivery charge will be applied on exchange parcels for sale items only.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable and must be borne by the customer.

  • Delivery charges paid at the time of order are not refundable.


Damages & Issues

 

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 2 working days of receiving your order. Any issues reported after 2 working days will not be entertained.

 

GAROOR reserves the right to update or modify this Exchange Policy at any time without prior notice.
