Exchange Policy – Garoor
At Garoor, we offer a 7-day exchange policy to ensure your satisfaction. Please read the following terms carefully:
We regret to inform you that all kinds of exchanges are temporarily closed till Eid.
1. Defected Product Claim
• If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
• Any complaint after 24 hours will not be accepted, and the product will not be exchanged or claimed.
2. General Exchange Conditions (Size Issue / Design Preference)
• You may request an exchange within 7 days if:
• You are not satisfied with the suit.
• The size does not fit you.
• If Garoor has sent the wrong size or wrong article, we will cover the return delivery charges and send you the correct one within 7 days.
3. Exchange by Customer Choice
• If you want to exchange the suit due to a change of mind or personal preference, or if you ordered the wrong size, you are required to:
• Send the product back to our provided warehouse address through any courier service at your own expense.
• Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will send the new item.
• A delivery fee of Rs. 200 will be charged to resend the exchanged suit.
4. Order Cancellation Policy
• If you place an order and cancel it without a valid reason, your next order will not be processed.
Important Notes:
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags.
• Sale items and customized orders are not eligible for exchange.
• Please make sure to contact our support team before sending any parcel for exchange.
